Odia Kagan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in data privacy compliance and international privacy law. Currently serving as a Partner and Chair of Data Privacy Compliance at Fox Rothschild LLP, Odia has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Chapter Chair at OneTrust PrivacyConnect and Advisory Board Member for the Privacy Bar Section of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). With a background that includes advising multinational corporations on GDPR compliance as Of Counsel at Ballard Spahr LLP and teaching cybersecurity and privacy regulation at Drexel University School of Law, Odia has consistently contributed to the legal field through committees, boards, and educational initiatives aimed at enhancing privacy and security practices. Educational qualifications include an LLM from Temple University and a Master of Laws from the University of Strathclyde.
