Rachel Middleton

Rachel Middleton has over 18 years of work experience, starting in 2002 as an Administrative Assistant at American Refrigeration Company. From 2005 to 2013, they worked at SoundBite Communications, initially as an Administrative Assistant and later as a Finance Assistant/Collections Specialist. In 2013, they joined Genesys as a Contract Analyst and remained in this role until 2019. Currently, they are the Office Manager at Privafy, a position they have held since November 2020.

Rachel Middleton attended Melrose High School and earned a High School Diploma. Rachel then enrolled in the Katharine Gibbs School, where they pursued studies in Legal Administrative Assistant/Secretary.
