Nuria Ramos

Nuria Ramos is an experienced IT professional with over a decade of expertise in the field. Currently serving as the IT ServiceDesk Corporate Manager and previously as IT Manager at Privalia since March 2011, Nuria has developed strong leadership skills in managing IT service operations. Prior to this role, Nuria gained valuable experience as the IT HelpDesk Team Leader at ACS from November 2005 to May 2011, contributing to a solid foundation in IT support and team management.
