Heidi Mikkonen

Heidi Mikkonen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, education, and fundraising. As the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Privaon Oy since June 2021, Heidi leads Privacy and Data Protection services, overseeing HR, Sales, and Marketing. Currently serving as a board member for Paragraaffi, Heidi utilizes an entrepreneurial mindset to support the organization's growth in connecting legal professionals with job opportunities. Previous roles include teaching entrepreneurship at Aalto Ventures Program and serving as CEO for Adventure Park Zippy. Heidi's earlier experience includes various marketing and fundraising positions with organizations such as the Finnish Red Cross and UNICEF Finland. Heidi holds multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in Marketing from Aalto University and a Master's in Education from the University of Helsinki.
