Artem Bubkin

Artem Bubkin possesses extensive experience in credit risk management and lending, currently serving as the Head of Credit Department at PrivatBank since January 2021. Prior to this role, Artem worked at Business & Finance Consulting from June 2016 to January 2025, specializing as a Credit Risk & Fraud Detection Expert and a Rural & MSME Lending Expert. Artem's previous positions include leadership roles in credit risk management at АБ "УКРГАЗБАНК" and JSC VTB Bank (Ukraine), where responsibilities included developing credit policies and underwriting credit applications for micro and small businesses. Artem began the professional journey at ХОД АППБ "Аваль" as an economist in microcrediting, following the completion of a Specialist degree in Enterprise Economics at Kherson National Technical University from 1998 to 2003.
