Mykhailo Tehza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation and project management within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Head of the Transformation Office at PrivatBank since January 2019, Mykhailo oversees the management of the transformation team and supports strategy development and implementation. Prior to this, Mykhailo held various roles at Ukrsibbank BNP Paribas Group from April 2006 to December 2018, including Manager of the Transformation Office and Senior Manager of Collection & Development, focusing on lean management and business development. Mykhailo began a career in law as a Lawyer at Тридента-Агро before transitioning into banking. Mykhailo holds a degree in Law from АПСВ.
