With a background in industrial engineering and business administration from Yale University and Duke University, David is also involved in various advisory boards and committees in the tech and healthcare industries.

The Private Directors Association® (PDA) is a non-profit organization of, by, and for private company business owners, their executives, and directors. The mandate is to define and model private company governance excellence for corporate, ESOPs, family-owned, partnerships, private equity portfolio companies, and start-ups/venture capital financed—at all levels of revenue generation. An individual or corporate annual membership provides: • Unlimited attendance at all live City/Chapter events nationally or, when available, via live-streaming of those events. • Conferences, webinars and other digital content, exclusive chat rooms/groups, and a library of knowledge to inform, educate, and connect members on relevant private company topics. • A network of qualified members for private corporate board director position considerations.
