Kimberly Aldworth is an experienced professional with a diverse background in membership management, e-commerce, and makeup artistry. Currently serving as Membership & Alliance Director at the Private Directors Association® since March 2022, Kimberly has also held various roles within the organization, including Operations and Membership Manager and Administrative Assistant. As the Founder of Mystic Relieve, an e-commerce venture specializing in healing stones and crystal jewelry since May 2020, Kimberly combines entrepreneurial skills with artistic talents. With a freelance makeup career that includes key positions as makeup artist on several film and television projects, Kimberly has collaborated with prominent directors and participated in major runway events, showcasing expertise in both special effects makeup and client education gained from positions at Parfums Christian Dior and SEPHORA. Kimberly's educational background includes training at Cosmix School of Makeup Artistry and a degree from Central Michigan University.

The Private Directors Association® (PDA) is a non-profit organization of, by, and for private company business owners, their executives, and directors. The mandate is to define and model private company governance excellence for corporate, ESOPs, family-owned, partnerships, private equity portfolio companies, and start-ups/venture capital financed—at all levels of revenue generation. An individual or corporate annual membership provides: • Unlimited attendance at all live City/Chapter events nationally or, when available, via live-streaming of those events. • Conferences, webinars and other digital content, exclusive chat rooms/groups, and a library of knowledge to inform, educate, and connect members on relevant private company topics. • A network of qualified members for private corporate board director position considerations.
