Raksha Shah is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. As Co-Founder and COO of Lipidio Pharmaceuticals since January 2019, and President of Lipidio Pharmaceuticals Australia since November 2020, Raksha has demonstrated leadership in corporate management. In addition, Raksha is a founding member of the Private Directors Association® in Southern California and has previously served as Founder and CEO of Obsidio Therapeutics and GlyTR Therapeutics, gaining valuable insights into startup development and governance. Raksha's earlier role as COO and Director at Reliant Solutions involved comprehensive oversight of operations and financial management, while prior experience at DBxcel established a solid foundation in corporate structure and team building. Raksha holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Portsmouth and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Croydon College.

The Private Directors Association® (PDA) is a non-profit organization of, by, and for private company business owners, their executives, and directors. The mandate is to define and model private company governance excellence for corporate, ESOPs, family-owned, partnerships, private equity portfolio companies, and start-ups/venture capital financed—at all levels of revenue generation. An individual or corporate annual membership provides: • Unlimited attendance at all live City/Chapter events nationally or, when available, via live-streaming of those events. • Conferences, webinars and other digital content, exclusive chat rooms/groups, and a library of knowledge to inform, educate, and connect members on relevant private company topics. • A network of qualified members for private corporate board director position considerations.
