Tamara Gracon is the CEO and Founder of TBG Consulting LLC, a strategy and change management consultancy established in January 2020. In addition, Gracon serves as the Board Member and President of the San Francisco Chapter of the Private Directors Association® and holds the role of Membership & Engagement Chair for the same chapter. As a Founding Limited Partner at How Women Invest, Gracon is involved with a gender lens fund aimed at supporting female-founded enterprises. Furthermore, Gracon is a Silicon Valley Executive Board Member for How Women Lead and a Senior Strategist at Strategic Impact Partners, where strategic and purpose-driven organizational support is provided. Gracon has also worked as a Senior Management Consultant at 2GO Advisory Group and previously held roles at Consultants Collective, KPMG LLP, Wheat First Union, and Chase Investment Bank. Gracon holds an MBA in Finance from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.

The Private Directors Association® (PDA) is a non-profit organization of, by, and for private company business owners, their executives, and directors. The mandate is to define and model private company governance excellence for corporate, ESOPs, family-owned, partnerships, private equity portfolio companies, and start-ups/venture capital financed—at all levels of revenue generation. An individual or corporate annual membership provides: • Unlimited attendance at all live City/Chapter events nationally or, when available, via live-streaming of those events. • Conferences, webinars and other digital content, exclusive chat rooms/groups, and a library of knowledge to inform, educate, and connect members on relevant private company topics. • A network of qualified members for private corporate board director position considerations.
