Prior to this role, Ashalan served as an English Teacher at EF Education First from January 2019 to January 2020. Ashalan holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from SOAS University of London (2020-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Southampton (2015-2018).
