Michelle Kemling

Michelle (Shelley) Kemling is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Private Health Management and previously at Syapse, Michelle has held multiple senior positions including SVP and VP of People. At Twilio Inc., Michelle was instrumental as Head of Talent Development and Senior Director of the People Team, overseeing various aspects such as People Operations and Employee Experience. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Business Leader and Global HR Business Partner at Visa, as well as roles in Human Resources at Bridgewater Associates. Michelle holds degrees from Michigan State University and Madonna University.
