Rachel Stickle

Rachel Stickle has over 20 years of work experience. Rachel started their career in 1996 at BNY Mellon, where they worked as a Senior Cash Manager. Rachel'sresponsibilities included executing trades, implementing new accounting systems, and training new associates. In 1997, they joined The Private Industry Council of Westmoreland/Fayette, Inc. as an Accountant, later moving up to Controller. In this role, they supervised the fiscal department and managed human resource functions. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Vice President of Finance at the same company before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2017. As CFO, they ensure compliance with grant requirements and oversees the growth of the annual budget.

Rachel Stickle received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Accounting and Business Management, from Waynesburg University in 1993. Rachel later earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Seton Hill University between 1998 and 2000.
