Annika Kim

Annika Kim is an experienced educator currently serving as an Emergency Occasional Teacher for the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board. With a background that includes private tutoring in English as a Second Language, teaching various subjects to diverse age groups at the York Region District School Board, and providing specialized instruction in fencing at Queen's Athletics & Recreation, Annika develops tailored lesson plans to foster student growth and engagement. Additional roles include serving as a Program Leader and Camp Director with The Corporation of The Town of Aurora, as well as various teacher candidate positions, demonstrating a commitment to inclusive and effective teaching practices. Annika holds a Concurrent Bachelor of Education degree from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction, in addition to a Professional Education Certificate from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
