Matt Kolenda

Matt Kolenda has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Matt started their career at Cambridge Technology Partners as an Associate Director, where they managed data warehouse development projects for clients such as Coca-Cola and Ponds. Matt then worked at Rivio Inc as a Director of Data Management, overseeing multiple projects related to database development and administration.

Matt later joined QuinStreet Inc as the Director of Project Management, leading development teams in the creation of custom E-Commerce and Web Portal applications. Matt then transitioned to a role at Realty World, where they successfully built a residential real estate business from scratch.

Afterward, Matt worked as a Program Manager at Laszlo Systems, managing the delivery of the company's Webtop product to telecommunications and cable companies. Matt then became a Ruby on Rails Developer at MedExpert, developing web applications that facilitated communication between the call center staff and labor union members.

Next, Matt worked as a Professional Services Consultant at Critical Path, where they managed customer interactions with Cablevision. Matt then took a sabbatical and worked as a Self-Employed individual from 2011 to 2013.

Matt's next role was as a Ruby on Rails Developer (Independent Contractor) at Shale Testing Solutions, where they built an online customer portal and integrated a custom isotope detection device. Matt then joined Privia Health as a Senior Software Engineer, where they refactored a Python-based health event engine and led the architecture and design of Privia's Telemedicine product. Matt was subsequently promoted to Staff Engineer at Privia Health, assuming responsibilities including the design, development, testing, and care of new features and web assets.

Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.

From 1988 to 1993, Matt Kolenda attended the University of Florida, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
