Rosmery (Rose) Palacios has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rosmery (Rose) then worked at Walmart as a Cashier during the holiday season, providing customer service and handling sales. Subsequently, Rose joined Comcast as a Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Representative, where they achieved personal sales goals, provided customer service, audited cash flow, trained new associates, and secured contracts. Currently, Rose works at Privia Health as a Senior IT QA Analyst. Rosmery (Rose)'sresponsibilities include providing technical phone support, answering calls for technical support queues, maintaining a high degree of customer service, resolving issues remotely, managing user permissions, providing training and advice, and arranging for onsite technical support when necessary. Rosmery (Rose) Palacios began their education at C.D. Hylton High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma between 2008 and 2011. After completing high school, they enrolled in Northern Virginia Community College and obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Information Technology from 2011 to 2013. Following this, Palacios attended George Mason University from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Healthcare Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Palacios has also obtained several certifications. Rosmery (Rose) received the CompTIA Security+ Certification from CompTIA in December 2020. In October 2020, they obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from PeopleCert. Furthermore, Palacios earned the HIPAA Privacy and Security Certificate from Total HIPAA Compliance, LLC in June 2020.
