Stephany Hall

Stephany has many years of experience in all aspects of healthcare but has recently directed her attention and passion toward improving the patient experience while using lean techniques to streamline clinical care and reduce costs. Prior to joining Privis Health she served as the Director of Clinical Operations for a large home health agency. Under Stephany’s leadership, her previous organization advanced their CMS star rating from 2 to 4.5 stars and generated a financial surplus–all in just two years. Stephany spoke in Washington DC before a national home care audience to discuss her success in dramatically reducing hospitalization rates for home health patients. She has worked with the New Hampshire state government and the New Hampshire Home Care, Hospice and Palliative Care Alliance to increase reimbursement for programs that serve the state’s most vulnerable populations. She is relentlessly dedicated to patient education, the social determinants of health, wellness, prevention, and maximizing the quality of her patient’s lives by keeping their chronic illnesses under tight control.

Stephany believes that true wellness comes from prevention and maintained medicine. She has spent a large part of her career in education related to controlling the social determinants of health to work toward states of wellness. This is a passion for her.
