Mridhul Prakash is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the mortgage and technology sectors. As the Founder and Managing Director of PrivoCorp since October 2005, Mridhul Prakash has successfully positioned the company as a key provider of mortgage processing, servicing, and underwriting solutions for the U.S. mortgage industry. Previously, Mridhul Prakash held roles as Director/CFO at Peoples Processing and Director at BluSynergy-India, contributing to mortgage-related services and SaaS solutions, respectively. Additional experience includes serving as Director at wowhan, Executive Vice President at Strategix Inc., Vice President of Strategic Planning and Marketing at ServerTown USA LLC, and Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Mridhul Prakash holds an MBA in Finance from Wright State University and a BE in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
