Jim Martyniuk

Jim Martyniuk is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership roles across the pool and financial industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Privus Financial since January 2024, Jim previously held the same position at Namco Pool from January 2018 to March 2024. Prior experience includes key roles at Pioneer Family Pools, where Jim was a Partner and held various titles including President of Installations Department, Distribution Warehouse Manager, and Director of Merchandise from 2010 to 2017. Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University between 2006 and 2010.
