Charles Laboy

Charles LaBoy serves as Vice President of Compliance at PrizePicks, the largest independently owned Daily Fantasy Sports platform in North America, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this, Charles was Director of Compliance at Resorts World Las Vegas, overseeing the property's compliance program. Charles has extensive experience in compliance roles, including Vice President of Compliance at BetMGM, Executive Director of the Gaming Commission for the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi, and Deputy Director of Audit and Electronic Security for the Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission. Additionally, Charles has served as Chairman of the Maryland Amusement Game Advisory Committee and held various roles in the Maryland Lottery and Gaming, including Assistant Director for Gaming.
