Emma Hawkins-Haile

Emma Hawkins-Haile serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Hawkins Haile since May 2009, specializing in global risk management executive search across various sectors. Additionally, Emma holds a leadership role as a Steering Committee Member for PRMIA and chairs the Global Risk Leaders Committee. As the CEO and Founder of Illuminatum Technologies, which is recognized under the UK Government's Accelerated Growth Programme, Emma has led initiatives in technology growth. Emma's previous roles include involvement with the South African Chamber of Commerce UK, academic supervision at UCL, and various positions in risk management and executive search across notable firms. Emma earned a BSc(Hons) in Zoology with Marine Zoology from Bangor University.
