Oleg Lebedev

Oleg Lebedev is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the London Steering Committee at PRMIA, Oleg also works as the Managing Director at Ten Diffusions, where expertise in risk management and emerging technologies drives successful change programs in global organizations. Oleg previously held key positions at Avantage Reply, including Partner and Interim COO, where significant contributions were made to operational risk management and client delivery in international banking. Oleg’s earlier career includes roles at Riskcare, Lehman Brothers, and InCity, demonstrating a strong foundation in software development and banking consultancy. Oleg holds an Executive MBA in General Management from London Business School.
