Lois Teribury

Manager Attain Lab at Corning Work Force at Pro Action of Steuben & Yates

Lois Teribury has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lois started their career in 1991 as a Residence Manager at Lifetime Assistance, Inc., where they managed a residential apartment program for high-functioning individuals. Lois also supervised staff and facilitated communication with other departments and agencies offering services to developmentally disabled individuals. From 2006 to 2007, Lois worked as a Support Technician at Eastman Kodak, where they provided remote support for digital movies and preshows controlled by Linux OS computers. At Windstream Communications in 2007, they served as a Customer Service Representative troubleshooting DSL connections. In 2009, Lois volunteered at Jacobs Ladder, and from 2010 they worked at Pro Action of Steuben & Yates, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining and upgrading the Attain Lab, a computer laboratory used to train job hunters. Lois instructed users on training software and served as a Peer Coach. Overall, Lois Teribury has demonstrated their expertise in various roles, focusing on customer service, technical support, and program management.

Lois Teribury has completed an Information Technology Certificate Program at SUNY Brockport. Lois also obtained a BA degree from Binghamton University. Furthermore, they have received additional certifications, including CompTia Network+ in April 2001 and CompTia A+ in September 2000, both from CompTIA.
