Chip Paucek's work experience includes being the Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Pro Athlete Community (PAC) since 2022. Prior to that, they were involved with 2U, serving as the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2023, and as the Co-Founder, President & COO from 2008 to 2011. Before their time at 2U, Chip was the CEO of Smarterville, Inc. (Hooked on Phonics) from 2007 to 2008, and the President of Educate Products & Media from 2005 to 2007. Earlier in their career, they held the position of VP, Business Development at Educate, Inc from 2004 to 2005, and served as the Deputy Campaign Manager at Mikulski for Senate from 2003 to 2004. Chip's work experience began in 1993 when they co-founded Cerebellum Corporation and served as its Co-CEO until 2003.
Chip Paucek earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, studying from 2012 to 2017. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Communication from The George Washington University, which they completed from 1988 to 1992.
