Megan Schneider Gift

Megan Schneider Gift currently serves as the Impact and Community Outcomes lead at Pro Athlete Community since December 2024. Prior to this role, Megan was the Managing Director at the Sall Family Foundation, which focuses on transformative change related to the environment, public health, and community resilience. With extensive experience in communications and strategic project management, Megan held positions including Chief of Staff and SVP Communications at 2U, and consultant roles at The Futures Company and as a freelance marketing and communications consultant. Additional experience includes working with non-profits such as The ALS Association North Carolina Chapter and the Canadian Cancer Society, as well as corporate service roles in Africa with SW Global. Megan holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
