Tracey Shields

Tracey Shields, SPHR, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of People at Pro-Care Medical Centers since April 2025. With extensive experience in human resources, Tracey held several senior roles at Azenta Life Sciences, including Sr. Director of Global Talent Management and HR for the Americas from March 2022 to February 2025. Previously, Tracey was the Vice President of People Operations Partners at Thrive Pet Healthcare, and served as Executive Director of Human Resources at athenahealth, overseeing global HR functions. Tracey began a significant career at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where positions included Senior Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Analyst. Tracey's educational background includes an MBA from Central Michigan University, a Master's in Library Science from the University of South Florida, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Central Michigan University.
