Sevdalina Pepper

Sevdalina Pepper has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Sevdalina began their career as a Sales Team Assistant and Human Resource Assistant at Summer Classics in 2006. Sevdalina then worked as a Rehabilitation Services Attendant at PT Solutions Physical Therapy from 2006 to 2008.

In 2008, Sevdalina joined Olive Garden Cafe Bar and Grill as a Certified Trainer/Head Server/Server/Bartender, where they remained until 2012.

Sevdalina then worked as a Dedicated Customer Service Representative at Hostway Corporation in 2013, where they quickly advanced to the position due to their successful resolution of billing issues and exemplary customer service.

Following Hostway Corporation, Sevdalina took on the role of Account Manager/Pilot Project at Pentagon Interactive for a brief period from January to April 2013.

From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Caravel Group, Inc as a Researcher - Medical Data, conducting medical data research.

Sevdalina joined Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in 2013 and held several positions, including Certified Trainer/Private Dining Head Server/Bartender, Wine Manager, and Senior Manager/Acting Operating Partner. Their tenure at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar ended as a Senior Manager in November 2018.

In 2018, Sevdalina started their career at American Airlines as a Customer Service Manager/Operations. Sevdalina later took on roles such as Customer Service Manager/Customer Care and Customer Service Experience/Staff Manager. Their employment at American Airlines is ongoing.

From 2022 to 2023, Sevdalina worked as a Project Manager at Compass Group Partners - Family of Companies.

Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager at Pro-ficiency since June 2023.

From 2002 to 2005, Sevdalina Pepper attended the University of Montevallo, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a Concentration in Health Promotion.
