Jim Spratt has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jim started their career as an electrician at USS Constellation in 1990 and worked there until 1992. Jim then joined Scholastic as an Engineering Manager from 1998 to 2007. After that, they worked at St. Mary's Health Center as the Director of Continuous Quality Improvement, where they were responsible for project selection, leadership, and mentoring. In 2011, they joined Peach State Integrated Technologies as a Project Manager and later became the Director of Integration Services until 2017. Currently, they are working at Pro Food Systems, Inc. as the Vice President of Project Management.
Jim Spratt attended Jefferson City High School, although the specific years are unknown. Jim then went on to the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. After that, they pursued further education at William Woods University from 2000 to 2002 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
