Leandra Moser

Leandra Moser has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Leandra is currently working as the Head of HR & Organizational Development at Pro Juventute, where they are leading the organization to become an agile learning organization. Prior to this, they served as the Head of HR at Netstream AG, where they played a key role in the company's transition to a more agile organization. Leandra also worked as an HR Consultant & Social Media Specialist at Helsana Versicherungen AG and as a Recruiting Manager at MATIS Schweiz AG. Leandra has additional experience in recruitment and talent management, having worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Page Personnel - Switzerland and as part of the recruiting and talent management team at academics4business. Leandra began their career as a Market Analyst at Swiss Re.

Leandra Moser's education history begins with their completion of a "Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit BMS" (Business Education with Swiss Maturity Certificate) at KV Business School Zürich from 2003 to 2006. Leandra then pursued a degree in Business Administration with a major in General Management at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich from 2006 to 2008.

In 2009 and 2010, Leandra attended Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration, with a major in Communication & Marketing.

Continuing their educational journey, they enrolled in ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2015 to pursue a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Human Capital Management.

In addition to their formal degrees, Leandra Moser has obtained two additional certifications. One is a BSc. in Business Administration (Communication & Marketing) from Hochschule Luzern, and the other is an MAS in Human Capital Management from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
