Benjamin Hearn

Benjamin Hearn has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Benjamin currently serves as the Director of Corporate IT Operations at ProMach since November 2016. Previously, they worked as the Manager of IT Infrastructure & Security at Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co. from August 2015 to November 2016. Benjamin also served as the IT Outsourcing Engagement Manager at Pomeroy from April 2013 to June 2015, and as the Director of IT Service Operations at CareCore National from March 2010 to April 2013. Prior to that, they held various positions at Great American Financial Resources, including Manager of IT Service Operations, Senior Information Systems and Security Administrator, and IT Consultant. Benjamin's earlier experience includes working as a Microsoft Technical Trainer at KiZAN Technologies, a Senior Systems Engineer at Premier Network Solutions, and an IT Services Manager at Pro Line computers. Benjamin began their career as a Systems Engineer at Pomeroy IT Solutions in November 1997.

Benjamin Hearn holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northern Kentucky University, which they completed in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same institution. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained various certifications including PMP - Project Management Professional, ITIL v3 Foundations Certified, HDI Certified Support Center Manager, CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional, MCSE: Messaging on Windows Server 2003, MCSE: Messaging on Windows Server 2000, and MCSE: Windows NT Server.
