Dan Rife

Dan Rife is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across multiple industries. Currently serving as HR Manager at ProMach since September 2017, Dan supports facilities in New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina. Concurrently, Dan holds the position of Human Resources Manager at both Zarpac and Weiler Labeling Systems. Prior to these roles, Dan was an HR Business Partner at Dean Foods, providing HR leadership to various production and distribution branches in Virginia. Dan's previous experience at Mondelēz International included roles as a full life cycle recruiter and HR Generalist in a unionized bakery. Dan Rife holds an M.S. in Industrial Relations and Human Resources and a B.S. in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
