Matt Kepner, CSCP has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management. Matt is currently the Director of Strategic Sourcing at ProMach, a position they have held since June 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Global Supply Chain Director at PAC Worldwide from July 2017 to June 2019.

Before joining PAC Worldwide, Matt worked at Festo USA as the Head of Materials Management from May 2015 to July 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day management of supply network planning, supply chain analysis, and order management. Matt managed a wide range of functions such as inventory management, master data maintenance, and post-order entry activities.

Matt was also the Lead Business Analyst, responsible for upgrading the SAP system, and the Supply Chain Director, overseeing production planning, procurement, and warehouse functions.

Before their time at Burrows Paper Corporation, Matt worked at Honeymoon Paper, Dopaco, Inc., Four Seasons Garment Company, and Crystal Tissue in various roles related to production, materials management, purchasing, and new product development.

Matt Kepner, CSCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Miami University, which they obtained from 1989 to 1993. In 2013, they obtained the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS.
