Rébecca Labonte

Rébecca Labonte is an experienced Occupational Therapist and Peer Mentor currently employed at Pro Physio & Sport Medicine Centres since March 2021. In this role, Rébecca bridges the gap between therapists and patients to enhance care approaches and training staff on psychosocial aspects of patient care. Previous occupational therapy positions include providing rehabilitation for motor vehicle accident survivors at Vitality Assessments Group Inc., and delivering care in home healthcare at VHA Home HealthCare. Rébecca has also contributed to clinical education as a provisional supervisor at the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and the University of Ottawa. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from the University of Ottawa.
