Jose Seabra is a skilled software engineer currently employed at PRO SKY since February 2023. Previously, Jose has worked as a full stack developer at Dynamik - Tecnologias e Comunicação from April 2021 to September 2022 and as a backend developer at AlticeLabs@UA from September 2019 to January 2021, also contributing as a sysadmin. Earlier experience includes a role as a web developer at the Universidade de Aveiro's Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies Research Unit from September 2016 to May 2017 and a logistics team member at the Associação Académica da Universidade de Aveiro during 2015-2016, focusing on credentialing and billing for academic events. Jose holds a master's degree in Multimedia Communication and a licentiate degree in New Communication Technologies from the Universidade de Aveiro, completed in 2018 and 2015, respectively.
