Russell Duncan has worked in the sales and marketing industry since 2012. Russell began their career at Color Compass as an Equipment Specialist. In 2016, they moved to Nitro Heat as a Sales Specialist. In 2018, they joined Pro Spot International, Inc. as the Director of Sales and Marketing Canada.

Russell Duncan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus.
