Shiela Tilly PMP

Shiela Tilly PMP has over 20 years of experience in project management. Shiela started their career at Best Buy in 1999, where they served as a Senior Implementation Project Manager. In this role, they managed a team of project managers and was responsible for budget management and contractor management. Shiela also conducted project reviews and built positive relationships with other departments.

In 2007, Shiela joined Checkpoint Security System Group Inc. as a Senior Project Manager. Shiela managed a team of project coordinators and schedulers and was involved in budget management and contractor management. Shiela conducted project reviews and maintained order details for each project.

In 2013, Shiela worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as a National Accounts Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for budget management, planning and scheduling project goals, and maintaining project-related documents. Shiela also managed on-site personnel and undertook strategy creation for contingency planning and risk mitigation. Shiela acted as a mentor to project team members and built positive relationships with other departments.

From 2014 to 2018, Shiela worked at Trans-Alarm, Inc./ CheckView Corporation / Iverify as a Senior Project Manager. Shiela provided leadership and direction in project management and was involved in various project-related activities.

Most recently, Shiela joined Pro-Tec Design in 2020 as a Project Manager, where they utilize their project management skills to contribute to the success of the organization.

Shiela Tilly PMP began their education by attending North Hennepin Community College from 1986 to 1988, where they studied Law Enforcement. Shiela later pursued their interest in Construction Project Management and obtained a PMP degree from Dunwoody College of Technology from 2007 to 2009.
