Denisa Popescu, FCCA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and programming costs control. Currently serving as the Head of Programming and Financial Controlling at PROTV SA since February 2015, Denisa supervises all financial matters, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and coordinating financial communications across departments. Previous roles include Financial and Commercial Director at Ramboll and Chief Financial Officer at Euroweb Romania SA, where responsibilities encompassed financial oversight, cash management, and strategic advisory. Denisa's career began at Deloitte Romania as an Audit Manager, managing international and statutory audits. Denisa holds a Chartered Accountant qualification from ACCA and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
