Debora Sutherland

Debora Sutherland serves as the Director of Care at Hamilton Village Care Centre since June 2024, while simultaneously holding the position of Manager at Pro Vita Care Management Inc. since October 2017. Previously, Debora was the Director of Resident Care at German-Canadian Care Home from April 2016 to June 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing nursing department resources. With a robust background in clinical operations, Debora worked at Fraser Health Authority from January 2001 to April 2015, progressing from Manager of Clinical Operations to Director of Clinical Operations, focusing on strategic planning, budget development, and resource management. Debora holds an MBA in Executive Leadership from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Calgary, and a Provincial Instructors Diploma from Vancouver Community College (VCC).
