Aldrin Greaves has over 15 years of experience in the IT and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Data Centre Manager at Proact IT UK since February 2016. Greaves' previous roles at Proact IT UK include MCS Technical Architect, MCS Technical Analyst, Graduate Technical Consultant, and Customer Support Engineer. Prior to this, Greaves worked at The Co-operative Group as a Customer Service Assistant from October 2007 to February 2016. Aldrin holds a degree in Business Economics from Sheffield Hallam University, completed between 2009 and 2011, and attended St Mary's Catholic High School from 2001 to 2008.
