Scott Sylvester

Scott Sylvester has extensive experience in client services and business development within the insurance and employee benefits sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Client Services at ProAct since April 2020, Scott has held various roles including Client Support Supervisor, Account Coordinator, and Customer Service Specialist. Prior to this, Scott worked as an Independent Insurance Agent from June 2018 to April 2020 as a Sales Specialist, and as a Business Development Consultant at ONEGROUP Risk Management and Insurance from March 2017 to March 2018. Scott's earlier experience includes nearly 11 years as an Account Executive at NBT-Mang Insurance Agency, where the focus was on employee benefit programs and life insurance. Scott earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Siena College and graduated from Fayetteville-Manlius Senior High School.
