Pompeyo Requinta

Pompeyo Requinta, commonly known to his colleagues as Butch, is the Director of Operations of the Shared Service Centre in Manila, Philippines.

Butch has a combined experience of 17 years in Customer Service, having worked for BayanTrade, a Filipino spend management company, as team leader of a customer care team and training officer. In 2009 he joined Hubwoo.com to manage a team of European language speakers to provide helpdesk assistance to European customers, and later on, became the manager of the Level 1 and Level 2 Customer Support teams. He became Director of Operations at Proactis in 2018.
