Ian Eker

Ian Eker has extensive work experience in recruitment and consulting roles. Ian is currently the Operations Director APAC - Industrial Automation Recruitment at Proactive Global, where they focus on executive appointments in industrial automation and robotics across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Director at Randstad Australia, where they were responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering recruitment solutions to clients in the Australian Federal Government and Victorian State Government. Before that, Ian held various positions at Hays, including Director of Permanent Recruitment, UK, and Director of Permanent Recruitment & Public Sector, Scotland, where they implemented and managed business strategies for recruitment and drove revenue growth. Ian also has experience in the banking and investment industry with companies such as Lazard Bros, Bank of Bermuda, and Lloyds Bank International.

In 2010, Ian Eker attended IMD and completed the Advanced Management Program.
