Louisa Strayhorn is a seasoned business expert with extensive experience in coaching, education, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Master Coach at ProAdvisorCoach since September 2018 and an Adjunct Professor at TCC since March 2007, Strayhorn teaches subjects including Project Management and Customer Service. As the owner of LSA Consulting LLC since March 1987, Strayhorn specializes in value engineering and business development. Previous leadership roles include Executive Director at From One Hand To Another, a not-for-profit focused on STEAMM education, and Executive Director at VDBA Commonwealth of Virginia. Additionally, Strayhorn has served as a Corporate Strategist Consultant for Bon Secours Health System and as a City Council woman for Virginia Beach City Council. Strayhorn holds two MBA degrees from William & Mary.
