Akshay Vaidya

Akshay Vaidya is a skilled engineering professional currently serving as a Product Development Engineer at ProAmpac since April 2023. With a strong background in operations management and engineering, Akshay previously held the role of Operations Manager at Mayer Bros Apple Products Inc., where significant improvements were achieved by implementing a Lean training program that converted a $400k annual loss into a $300k profit.
