Joshua Lugo

Joshua Lugo currently serves as an Associate Engineer at ProArch, where responsibilities include systems and user support, alongside hardware builds. Prior to this position, Joshua worked as a Technical Specialist at Datto, Inc. from March 2019 to December 2022, focusing on process improvement and the implementation of technology to resolve workplace challenges. Joshua possesses skills in AD Azure Fundamentals, Group Policy Management, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Defender, and has a solid foundation in troubleshooting and diagnostics. Joshua completed education at East High School and is currently pursuing studies at Monroe Community College.
