Cynthia Thomas

Cynthia Thomas has extensive experience in claims operations and administration, currently serving as the Manager of Claims Operations and Administration at ProAssurance since April 2013, where previous roles included Supervisor of Claims Administration, Claims Administrative Specialist, and Customer Service Representative. Prior to joining ProAssurance, Cynthia worked as a Volunteer Coordinator at CASA of Jefferson County from February 2006 to April 2013 and as an Administrative Assistant for the Jefferson County Commission from April 2003 to February 2006. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2006 and 2010, and an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Development from Wallace State Community College, completed from 1996 to 1998.
