Elaine Sparks

Elaine Sparks has a solid work experience background in finance and accounting. Elaine started their career as an Auditor at the State Audit Tennessee Comptroller in July 1993. After four years, they moved to American General Life and Accident where they worked as a Senior Accountant until February 2002. In March 2002, they joined PICA Group as a Senior Accountant and worked their way up to the position of General Accounting Manager, Senior Accounting Manager, and finally, Director of Accounting. Elaine'stenure at PICA Group lasted from February 2002 to August 2015. Since then, they have been working at ProAssurance as a Controller - Insurance Accounting & Financial Reporting.

Elaine Sparks attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting.
