Tracey Jones

Tracey Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and administration across various sectors. Currently serving as a Sales and Service Administrator at proAV Limited since November 2025, Tracey previously held significant roles at Sims Lifecycle Services, including Field Services and Logistics Supervisor EMEA and Field Services and Logistics Administrator, where the focus was on sustainable IT asset disposition and recycling. Prior to that, leadership roles in customer service were undertaken at Redrow Homes as Head Of Customer Services Southern Counties, Vistry Group as Regional Customer Services Director, and Bovis Homes as Regional Customer Care Director and Head of Customer Care.
