Marc Harris

Marc Harris, Esq. has a strong background in legal and executive roles. Marc is currently the Chief Executive Officer and President of ProbateCash since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the General Counsel for Client First Settlement Funding from January 2010 to September 2020. Marc also worked as the General Counsel for Encore Funding, LLC from January 2001 to December 2009 and as an Associate General Counsel for Singer Asset Finance Company, L.L.C. from March 1996 to December 1999.

Marc Harris, Esq. received their Bachelor's degree from Florida State University in 1992. Marc then went on to complete their Doctor of Law - JD degree at Nova Southeastern University in 1995.
