Sagar Vyas

Sagar Vyas is a finance professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Probo since March 2024, Sagar is involved in implementing Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and IT General Controls (ITGC), along with conducting risk assessments. Prior to this, Sagar worked as Manager of Finance & Legal at Kutumb, overseeing comprehensive finance and legal operations from August 2022 to March 2024. Experience as Finance Manager at GreedyGame included responsibilities in taxation, finance and accounts, and regulatory compliance among others. Additionally, Sagar held the position of Finance Manager at ASHOK IRON GROUP, focusing on management information systems (MIS) and product costing. Earlier experience as Assistant Manager at Aequs Pvt. Ltd. involved customs and SEZ compliance.
